Testimonials
“I just completed Cheryl’s eight-week program. Procrastination is my best-honed tool of resistance. It could not stop the expansion in my consciousness around eating that I got from Cheryl's series. In Cheryl's group, I never felt judged or commanded. I felt that my presence there was honored. Her series supported me in trusting myself. Cheryl is a patient and compassionate counselor and teacher.”
